How EdTechCore works.

Four steps, from building a course to closing the month.

  1. Build the course

    Course, module, lesson, task. Write tasks in the constructor, let AI draft a batch for you to edit, or take ready ones from your library and reuse them in other courses.

  2. Teach on the board

    Open the course board and run the lesson on it. Save keeps a draft, publish shows it to students, and if a rehearsal goes wrong you can go back to the published version.

  3. Students hand in

    Tasks and homework come back as submissions, with attempts and a grade. During a live lesson the board shows answers only as totals: the group sees how it is doing, and no one is put on the spot.

    Plans, invoices, payments and access periods are posted to a double-entry ledger as they happen, so the month closes on what actually took place.

What is EdTechCore?

An online teaching platform for language schools and tutors. Each course lives on one live board; its lessons hold tasks that mark themselves; homework, attempts and grades run through one flow; and the school's plans, invoices and payments are posted to a double-entry ledger in the same system.

Which countries is EdTechCore for?

Ukraine and Poland - those are the countries this site is published for, and Ukrainian, Polish and English are the languages the panels and the platform's emails are published in. The product itself is not tied to a place: a lesson is online, so a teacher and a student in two different countries open the same board.

Do I still need a separate whiteboard, LMS and accounting tool?

No. The board, the course content, homework and grading, and the school's books are one system rather than four that have to be reconciled by hand. The schedule a teacher keeps is the same schedule the invoices are built from.

Does AI grade my students' work?

No. Marking is deterministic: the same answer gets the same result every time, instantly, with no charge per answer. AI helps a teacher draft tasks; it never decides a student's mark. AI grading ships switched off, and only a platform administrator can turn it on.

Can students see each other's answers?

No. During a live lesson the board shows answers only as totals, such as how many have answered and how many got it right. The group sees how it is doing, and no one is singled out.

Who is behind EdTechCore?

An independent project, not a company yet. Its project manager is Denys, and every request and question gets a personal answer. It is free while the schools and tutors who use it help test it, and it stays by invitation so that every school is set up by hand. If it ever becomes a paid service, that will be announced before anything is charged. The privacy notice says who is responsible for your data and where to write.

How do teachers and students get an account?

By invitation. A school invites its teachers, a teacher invites their students, and a student can pass a short friend code on. While we launch, EdTechCore is invitation-only: try it free and we will set you up.

What does a student have to install?

Nothing. Everything runs in the browser, and the student and teacher panels can be added to a phone's home screen as apps if you want them there.

Which currency does the accounting work in?

Your school's own. Each school sets a base currency, and its plans, invoices and ledger entries are kept in it. A plan priced in another currency is refused rather than quietly converted at a rate nobody agreed to.
