A yearly plan is ten months for twelve. Prices are in euro, per workspace; where tax applies, the invoice says so. AI drafting runs on your own provider key and is not metered by us.
Before you ask
The workspace goes read-only: your staff cannot write, your students can still read, and nothing is deleted. Paying the first invoice opens it again from the day the trial ended, with no gap.
By bank transfer against an invoice in euro, monthly or yearly. We raise the first invoice during the trial, with fourteen days to pay, and every later one two weeks before the period ends. No card on file, and nothing renews by itself.
No. A plan is for the workspace, whoever is in it. Nothing in the product counts seats, teachers, students or courses, so growing never quietly reprices you.
Exactly that. Storage is the one allowance a plan carries, for the audio, video and files your lessons hold; more can be added for ten euro a month per extra hundred gigabytes.
The list can. Yours does not for a year after it does, and an invoice already raised is never repriced.
Do not pay the next invoice. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing charges by itself, and what you built stays readable.
